Today is: Tuesday

Today’s Rating: 4

Time Right Now: 1:50AM

Last Beverage: Water

Last Song Heard: Untitled by Eminem

Time for a TOT:

I feel like shit cause I was sick all yesterday and today I worked and didn’t feel any better. I had like all this ginger ale and a guy from where work I gave me peppercorn to swallow (which actually helped a bit), and ’nuff water. I dunno but before I posted about how Wayne was getting some charges from Arizona and he could potentially face more jailtime.

Well, on June 30th, an Arizona court sentenced Tunechi to three years of probation which means he will not face any more time behind bars once he gets out on November 4, 2010. The thing is, people are worried this could mean that for up to 3 years Wayne will not be able to smoke weed or drink syrup or leave the country. I don’t know if that’s true but this is only an Arizona probation so I’m thinking maybe that only really applies for when he’s in Arizona… or maybe not.. I’ll let you all know whenever I know.

Here’s an article with more details about it:

Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., was spared time in an Arizona jail under a plea deal stemming from his January 2008 arrest at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint in the state.

Under the deal, the 27-year-old Grammy winner pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a dangerous drug. Three other drug and weapons charges were dismissed.

Wayne appeared in court via a video hookup from New York, where he has been jailed since March after pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

James Tilson, Carter’s Arizona attorney, said he was pleased with the court’s action.

“We’re quite glad that we were able to wrap everything up,” Tilson told Reuters. “It’s a favorable plea agreement that will allow Mr. Carter to pursue his career.”

Carter will begin his Arizona probation following his New York sentence, Tilson said.

The rapper’s tour bus, carrying 11 others, was stopped and searched by Border Patrol authorities after they said they were alerted by a drug-sniffing dog. Agents found nearly four ounces of marijuana, an ounce of cocaine, 41 grams of Ecstasy and a .40-caliber pistol registered to Carter.

Last Song Heard: None

Time for a TOT:

I’m sure all of you remember seeing that documentary about McDonald’s called “Super Size Me” where Morgan Spurlock vowed to eat McDonald’s for every meal, every day for 30 days straight. His health was recorded before the binge started, and was recorded after the 30 days had elapsed. This study showed the damage that eating McDonald’s had on the human body.

But what about doing the same type of experiment for another ‘dangerous’ substance… like marijuana?

Well there is a documentary about just that! This should help clear up some confusion about the effects marijuana has on humans!

Time for a Toke and a TOT:

Happy 420 everyone!

This day is mega fuckin awesome. It’s probably the best holidy out there right now even though it isn’t technically a holiday.. yet. They should totally make it a national holiday, where everyone stays home cause everything is closed and people just chill with their fam or friends and smoke nuff ganja.

Wouldn’t that be fucking perfect?

I hope y’all stocked up on your favourite shit, I know I got me some Sweet Tooth which tastes and smells like fruity candy.

Anyways, I’m sure many of you people don’t know why 420 even came to be. Some people think that that April 20th is like Bob Marley’s birthday, which it isn’t (He was born on February 6th, 1945). Other people believe it is the police code for “marijuana smoking in progress” or something like that, which is also false as there is no police code 420.

Look for yourself:

So where the hell did it come from then? I’ll tell you where (via Wikipedia, you lazy people):

April 20 (4/20 in U.S. date notation) has evolved into a counterculture holiday, where people gather to celebrate and consume cannabis.

The term originated from a group of teenagers at San Rafael High School in San Rafael, California, United States in 1971. The teens would meet after school at 4:20 p.m. to smoke marijuana at the Louis Pasteur statue.

According to an April 2009 article on the The Huffington Post, the group called itself the Waldos because its members hung out by a wall after school. Writer Ryan Grim, citing interviews with anonymous Waldos, claims that the group met by the statue at 4:20 p.m. to begin a search for a crop of abandoned cannabis growing near Point Reyes that they had heard about. They never found the stash, Grim writes, but smoked plenty of marijuana while looking for it.

Today is: Thursday

Today’s Rating: 6

Time Right Now: 4:20PM

Last Beverage: Water

Last Song Heard: None yet

Time for a TOT:

Okay, I wrote a post on the Truth About Marijuana and you can read it there.

But I was in the dining hall at my university and I sat at a table which had a little bookmark-type piece of paper on it.

It read ” WEED – Don’t consider yourself a smoker? THINK AGAIN!”

I have already addressed the bullshit lies that the government and all that have fed everyone. But this bookmark just proves why marijuana is viewed as evil to anyone without experience with it.

Let me just type out what this piece of shit says:

“The Facts

How is Weed different from cigarettes?

Tar and Carbon Monoxide:

Smoking 1 joint = 4 cigarettes

Lung Cancer Risk:

Smoking 1 joint = 20 cigarettes

Misconceptions:

Marijuana is often considered as a safe and less harmful alternative to cigarettes but that is far from the truth.

Why?

-No filter

-Smoke to a shorter butt length

-Deeper, longer inhalations

Effects

College students who use marijuana reguarlarly often have impaired skills related to attention, memory and learning

Health Risks

Regular marijuana smokers have high respiratory and cardiovascular risks similar to tobacco smokers.”

And this is what they are handing out to students at my university? Let me point out a few things here.

First of all, the tar and carbon monoxide produced by a joint is FAR less than that of a cigarette, this is a complete lie which seems believable to people who don’t know any better

Secondly, they suggest that the lung cancer risk is outrageously high when in actuality, modern research has proven the opposite. Marijuana contains THC which actively fights against cancer cells. No one has ever been killed due to marijuana or marijuana-related causes. This includes the fact that marijuana does not cause, lead to or create cancer.

I personally have smoked a joint before playing sports and have had 0 difficulty with respiratory processes or anything of that matter.

I also personally have smoked cigarettes in the past and played sports up to 2 weeks later and still felt the effects that the cigarettes have had on my lungs.

Next, the “misconception” that marijuana is safer than cigarettes is a reality. Cigarettes are one of the top killers among the human population of the world right now. Marijuana has 0 deaths. This argument is completely stupid and invalid.

They suggest that the cigarette filters make them healthier or less harmful. The fact that the smoke travels through a sponge-like material does not make the smoke any less harmful. Tobacco is all around bad for you, and everyone will tell you that. The companies place ads on their packs that say it will kill your children or rot your teeth or all that nasty shit.

That really sounds safe to you?

You really need to use marijuana in contrast to cigarettes in this case? Cause it doesnt fuckin help at all.

Their next claim is that college students who smoke marijuana cant function properly cognitively.

This is also bullshit as, I am in university and have no problems. Yeah that might not apply to everyone, but everyone is different anyways so their problems aren’t the same as mine. Marijuana isn’t an exception to this rule.

The final ‘fact’ they provide is that regular marijuana smokers have high respiratory and cardiovascular risks, however both my respiratory and cardiovascular systems are fuckin mint.

So get outta here with that bullshit about marijuana being harmful and all that.

Spend your time and money informing students of the dangers of crack cocaine or other fuckin drugs that actually harm and ruin lives rather than a medicinally valued plant.

If I had been handed this little piece of lies, err, paper. I would have straight up slapped this lying, propaganda-filled, robot of society. Get your ass out into the real world, experience things for yourself and make your own educated judgements rather than pointing from afar and talking mad shit. This is the blind leading the blind here.

JUST a fucking thought on how bullshit the system is today.

The future in Kinder Surprise: (in a world where your government doesn’t lie to you)

Today is: Saturday

Today’s Rating: 8

Time Right Now: 4:21PM

Last Beverage: Water

Last Song Heard: Black Magic – Drake

Time for a TOT:

Every person has different opinions, beliefs and values that they hold true to themselves. Some topics are considered a bit more taboo, and are often pushed under the rug.

The thing about this though is, what happens when you have been tricked your whole life, to believe something that wasn’t true.

I am not talking about religion, that is for another post for another day. What I am talking about of course, is marijuana.

Now before you go push the red X in your browser, I suggest you continue reading as this is VERY VERY IMPORTANT.

You have been told that marijuana is harmful, 1 joint = 10 cigarettes, it causes cancer, it ruins lives, its addicting and much more propaganda.

The reality of it is, AND I’VE DONE YEARS WORTH OF RESEARCH, that these are all LIES.

That’s right, you heard me, it is all lies made up by the government. Those of you who feel that my opinion is not credible enough, check out this film below.

Here is an excerpt taken from the synopsis of the film.

“Ever wonder what British Columbia’s most profitable industries are? Logging?

Fishing? Tourism? Ever think to include marijuana? If you haven’t, think again.

No longer a hobby for the stereotypical hippie culture of the ‘60s, BC’s illegal

marijuana trade industry has evolved into an unstoppable business giant,

dubbed by those involved as ‘The Union’. Commanding upwards of $7 billion

Canadian annually, The Union’s roots stretch far and wide. With up to 85% of all

‘BC Bud’ being exported to the United States, the BC marijuana trade has

become an international issue with consequences that extend far beyond our

borders. When record profits are to be made, who are the players, and when do

their motives become questionable?

- Why is marijuana illegal?

- What health risks do we really face?

- Does prohibition work?

- What would happen if we taxed it?

- Medicine, paper, fuel, textiles, food, etc. Are we missing something?

Follow filmmaker Adam Scorgie as he dives head first into Canada’s most

socially acceptable illegal activity. Along the way, Adam demystifies the

underground market and brings to light how such a large industry can

function while remaining illegal. By interviewing experts from around the

globe, including growers, clippers, police officers, criminologists, economists,

medical doctors, politicians and pop culture icons, Scorgie examines the cause

and effect nature of the business behind getting high.

Nobody’s innocent in this exploration of an industry that may be profiting

more by being illegal. Join Adam Scorgie as he unravels the mystery of The Union.”

This is the full documentary, available for you to watch and learn something!

I have also gotten some very knowledgeable marijuana connoisseurs to share some information with me on this so called “drug”.

Here is what Eduard0 from GrassCity.com had to say:

“No overdoses. Therapeutic index compares the lowest effective dose of a drug to the dose that kills 50% of mice in tests (LD50). Most drugs in use today have Therapeutic indexes anywhere from 1:30 to 1:300. Alcohol is maybe 1:20? Weed is something like 1:30,000. It is impossible to smoke a lethal dose.

The gateway is real and is created by prohibition. By forcing cannabis onto the black market, you force people who would be cannabis-only users to buy from dealers who are often willing to push more addictive, more dangerous, more profitable drugs on their customers. And dealers don’t card.

Prohibition works to reduce supply, fails to decrease demand, and therefore inflates price. Weed is a goddamn flower. Dried flowers should not fetch half the price of gold by weight, but if they do, you can bet on people being willing to take great risks and to work under the law’s radar to reap the huge potential profits.

If anyone takes the time to research the stuff, they can see it’s safe. If they take the time to research the laws of prohibition, they can see they are NOT supported by facts, only by lobbies and politics. It is not opium derived, not a narcotic, and not dangerous to adults, but when the laws were made, that’s how they treated it.

Prohibition is a huge waste of money. Legalization would:
-Increase cooperation between cannabis users and law enforcement
-Reduce the income and market share of drug dealers, leaving them to only push more dangerous drugs
-Keep kids away from criminals, make it harder for them to obtain marijuana (it is easier now for underage kids to get weed than tobacco or alcohol)
-Provide an alternative to tobacco and alcohol that does not cause liver failure, comas, emphysema, COPD, violent crime, motor vehicle accidents, sexual assault, alcoholism/nicotine addiction…
-Open up a huge field of research and medicine, and promote further research on the endogenous cannabinoid system, leading to a better understanding of the actual risks of cannabis use
-Ensure smokers could buy a safe product from a safe vendor (no glass or sugar or chalk or anything sprayed on buds to add weight)
-Reduce the amount of time and money smokers waste trying to track down bud from black market dealers
-Reduce the number of arrests and inmates made on drug offenses, and narrow the scope of enforcement to truly dangerous drugs, maybe even making it possible to actually eradicate the trade in problem areas
-Restore faith in politics to the millions of smokers who have been snubbed by these bullshit policies for so long, and maybe most importantly…
-End the chilling effect over the cannabis-using community. We would not have to hide at home, avoid jobs that pee test, lie to family, friends, co-workers, and law enforcement, we would be able to legitimize our industry with vapor lounges as alcohol has with bars, and we will be able to bring our open minds back to the table to help solve more important problems.

Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, and it’s been used for MILLENIA and is the #1 cash crop in many countries already and it could be even more profitable with seed oil and fiber extraction and it FUCKING CURES CANCER.”

Then KeeneGreen added something to this:

“Not to mention hemp! Non-smokable material that can help replace paper and big cotton… Wonder who keeps that in check…”

As you can see, from both the video and from the information I gathered from Eduard0 and KeeneGreen, marijuana is really a harmless medicine!

Compare Marijuana and Cigarettes. One is a medication with known treating properties, the other is a poison that kills you inside with every inhale.

I think a small child would be able to match which one should be LEGAL and which one should be ILLEGAL.

Anyways, as always, I leave it up to you guys to make the final call.

So? We learned that marijuana is being falsely promoted, doesn’t that mean it will become legal soon?

California, U.S.A is already on its way to legalizing and the bill has been passed on. There is another vote on the matter for final legalization, which includes selling the plant similarly to the way cigarettes are regulated (with a minimum age requirement and I.D. requirements). The next vote will be held sometime in November 2010, but I will keep you posted as it comes closer.

We already know that many of the celebrities we love and follow, are using marijuana on a daily basis.

Including, but not limited to, Lil Wayne, Joe Rogan, Snoop Dogg, Michael Phelps, Justin Timberlake, and much more.

A list of celebrity smokers can be found here:

And be sure to check out this propaganda-crushing website if you still need more convincing.
