Lebron James Goes From Cleveland to Miami

Last Song Heard: Session One by Eminem ft. Slaughterhouse

Time for a TOT:

Any NBA fan has been talking about this for the past few weeks, and the question on everyones mind is “Where is Lebron James going next season?” He had several prospect teams including Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets, Miami Heat or remain in Cleveland.

Today at 9PM EST Lebron sat down and answered that question of ours.

He will be playing in South Beach, Miami as a member of the Miami Heat for the 2010-2011 season alongside Chris Bosh as well as their own star, Dwayne Wade.

I honestly would have liked to see LBJ stay in Cleveland to continue his legacy but perhaps he made the right decision by choosing to join forces with several current top players in the NBA.

However, Miami is going to be an incredibly tough team to beat, and this trio is sure to mix things up this year. They can do any number of things with the wide variety of skills that each player brings to their new organization.

Check this dunk video out! Look at this beast that they call “The King.”

Not everyone is as excited about the decision either. Below is a letter written to all Cavalier fans:

Dear Cleveland, All Of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Cavaliers Supporters Wherever You May Be Tonight;

As you now know, our former hero, who grew up in the very region that he deserted this evening, is no longer a Cleveland Cavalier.

This was announced with a several day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his “decision” unlike anything ever “witnessed” in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment.

Clearly, this is bitterly disappointing to all of us.

The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you.

There is so much more to tell you about the events of the recent past and our more than exciting future. Over the next several days and weeks, we will be communicating much of that to you.

You simply don’t deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal.

You have given so much and deserve so much more.

In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight:

“I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE”

You can take it to the bank.

If you thought we were motivated before tonight to bring the hardware to Cleveland, I can tell you that this shameful display of selfishness and betrayal by one of our very own has shifted our “motivation” to previously unknown and previously never experienced levels.

Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there.

Sorry, but that’s simply not how it works.

This shocking act of disloyalty from our home grown “chosen one” sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn. And “who” we would want them to grow-up to become.

But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called “curse” on Cleveland, Ohio.

The self-declared former “King” will be taking the “curse” with him down south. And until he does “right” by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma.

Just watch.

Sleep well, Cleveland.

Tomorrow is a new and much brighter day….

I PROMISE you that our energy, focus, capital, knowledge and experience will be directed at one thing and one thing only:

DELIVERING YOU the championship you have long deserved and is long overdue….

Dan Gilbert
Majority Owner
Cleveland Cavaliers

We will only have to wait and see what the future has in store for the NBA…

Eminem Scraps Relapse 2, Working on Recovery Album

Time for a TOT:

Well, I’m pretty fuckin happy about the fact that I’m done school for the year, and my summer is gonna be extra long and awesome. I’m planning on making some serious swiss this next few months. But yo… more importantly..

Eminem said before that he was working hard on the Relapse 2, his seventh studio album. He had finished so many tracks and he decided to scrap that entire album and now is working on an album called Recovery. Here is what Eminem had to say about the Recovery album:

“I had originally planned for Relapse 2 to come out last year. But as I kept recording and working with new producers, the idea of a sequel to Relapse started to make less and less sense to me, and I wanted to make a completely new album. The music on Recovery came out very different from Relapse, and I think it deserves its own title.”

So there you have it!

Eminem’s Recovery will hit the shelves on June 22nd, I hope this time the album is more like the track Beautiful off Relapse… I wasn’t too big of a fan of the other songs on the album as they were about the weirdest and most fucked up things…

I admit though, the man has talent, regardless of what he’s rapping about, I just know he has potential to put out the most moving and awesome songs, I feel it’s a waste when he puts out shit about raping reverends and swallowing babies and all that weird shit.
