Time for a Toke and a TOT:

There are only 4 episodes so far in the 14th season of South Park which began March 17th. Every episode has had a deeper meaning, with several messages that address current issues that are going on in the world! It’s amazing.

Episode 1 “Sexual Healing” Synopsis:

The nation’s top scientists come together to put a stop to the recent phenomenon of rich, successful men who suddenly want to have sex with many, many women. After extensive testing, some of the fourth grade boys in South Park Elementary are diagnosed as sex addicts.

This episode focuses entirely around Tiger Woods and sends a message that is both direct and indirect.

Episode 2 “The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs” Synoposis:

“The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs” is the second episode of the fourteenth season of the American animated television series South Park, and the 197th overall episode of the series. It originally aired on Comedy Central in the United States on March 24, 2010. The episode lampoons the controversy and literary analysis of The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger.

This episode focuses on the fact that English school teachers are searching for deeper meanings within literature which seems to have been written for the message that it directly displays. They use The Catcher in the Rye as an example.

Episode 3 “Medicinal Fried Chicken” Synopsis:

Cartman’s favorite restaurant has been shut down and replaced by a store that sells medicinal marijuana. Randy is desperate to get a prescription card to buy pot and Cartman will do anything to get his beloved fried chicken back.

This episode points out that addiction is not directly related to marijuana as anything in excess can become an addiction. It also focuses on the fact that there are much more harmful things in the world that ARE legal but yet marijuana which doesn’t cause harm at all is illegal.

Episode 4 “You Have 0 Friends” Synopsis:

Kyle “friended” the wrong person and now all of his old friends are deserting him. His situation is desperate. Kyle looks for help from the one person who has always been there for him.

This episode is about how Facebook has taken over the lives of many people. It also sends the message that the number of ‘friends’ you have is not determined by how many times you or someone else has clicked ‘Confirm’ to a friend request. Facebook is to share the life you lead with others, not to live your life watching other people lead lives.

The next episode will air on April 14th, and will be called “200″. I have no idea what it is about but from what I’ve seen so far in this season, I’m sure this episode will be both hilarious yet intellectual.

You can check them all out here at South Park Studios.

Last Song Heard: You Ain’t Sayin Nothin by Lil Wayne ft. The Game & Fat Joe

Time for a Toke and a TOT:

Here is another update on how Lil Wayne’s doing in jail. This is what another Riker’s Island employee had to say to MTV:

“He’s doing well. He’s adapting to the situation,” the source said, adding that Wayne was not involved in a brawl that took place at the facility over the weekend in which 13 officers and three inmates were injured, according to New York’s Daily News. The incident reportedly occurred after inmates refused to be locked in for the night, and did not take place in the area of the facility where Wayne is being held.

The source also scotched a rumor that Wayne got into a confrontation with another inmate just days after his sentencing.

“That’s a rumor I heard, but nothing substantiated,” the source said, adding that Wayne is usually in protective custody and, for the most part, has been getting a positive reaction from inmates. However, the source said that some inmates seem not to be aware of his situation.

“While he’s walking the hallways, he’s told not to communicate with these guys,” the source explained. “So they’re a bit disgruntled because he’s not hollering back.”

Of course Wayne isn’t going to go and fuck someone up in jail and risk lengthening his sentence. He is much more intelligent than that. He knows he has much better shit to do in the outside world, like dazzle people with his rap ability or make more money!
