So American Eagle is having another summer sale – buy one pair of shorts and get another, or equal or lesser value (as always) 50% off.  The store has some pretty cute styles for both guys and gals at affordable prices – the shorts range from $20 to $50 bucks.  And to top it off, the store is also having a ‘buy one, get one half off’ sale on their tees, tanks, and polos. =) These sales are for a limited time only and are ending soon.

Old Navy is having their annual flip flop sale this Saturday, May 22nd. You can buy solid-coloured flip flops for only $1 – but there’s a limit of 5 per customer. This deal is similar to Old Navy’s $5 polo sale – so as I warned before, get there early before the most popular colours and sizes sell out!

Okay, so American Eagle keeps having some good deals. Selected mens’ and womens’ t-shirts and tank tops are going for only $10 – while quantities last. Also, buy a pair of jeans and get 50% off your second pair – that’s not too shabby.

Bath&Body Works always has some sort of sale going on, regardless of the time of year. I would describe the deals they have going on right now, but the advertisement really sums it all up; the more you buy, the more you save.

This deal applies to their body care products, such as lotions and fragrances. Bath&Body Works is also introducing a new line of vanilla lotions for the summer, including lemon vanilla, berry vanilla, and coconut vanilla. So if you’re a fan of vanilla, stock up.

The store does have other promos going on such as buy 4 anti-bacterial lotions for $15 or 6 for $20. My absolute favourite scent is their tropical passion fruit – unfortunately they only have it as an anti-bactierial and not a lotion.

Anyways, these items make great gifts – so while you’re buying one or two for a friend, might as well get a little something for yourself.

American Eagle is having a pretty good deal  – buy 2 graphic tees and get the 3rd for free. I’d go with a friend or two, each get a tee, and split the price OR you can always just get 3 tees all for yourself.

One of my favourite stores, Forever 21, is having a huge spring sale where you can shop for items by price – by $5, $10, and $15.  Forever 21 always has really cute items for really low prices though. However, because the store is so huge and has so much merchandise, it can take forever to look through everything – I can spend hours at a time in the store. =)

Forever 21 is more common in the States, but there are store locations in Vaughn Mills, downtown T.O. by the Eatons Center, and of course, Buffalo.

One of my most recent purchases was from American Apparel. I used to really dislike the store as I’m not a big fan of spandex, but some of their new items caught my interest due to their versatility. I bought the bandeau pencil dress (seen below) which can be worn in at least 15 different ways – at a price of $45 and 15 ways to wear it.. that’s $2.86 per dress. Plus, you can always add your own twists and create your own styles with it. 

American Apparel also had lots of other items that could be worn in multiple ways, including their ‘sac dress’, which was another one of my favourites.

With summer just around the corner, we all need to stock up on polos. This Saturday (April 3rd), Old Navy is having a crazy sale on their basic polo tees – just $5 for a shirt. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Old Navy and haven’t stepped into the store for months now probably, but for $5, I intend to go out of my way to see this.

Abercrombie&Fitch is sorta having a sale right now – at least its their version of a sale. Spend over $100 (in stores only) and get a $25 gift card.  I guess its almost like 25% off if you only spend a bill, which is a pretty good deal for A&F. If you’re shopping online, spend $200 and get a $50 gift card.

Hollister is having a similar sale, but, as always, its just slightly cheaper than A&F. Here, spend $75 (in stores only) and get a $25 gift or spend $150 (online only) and get a $50 gift card.

Both offers are valid until April 30th and, obviously, both have their hidden details – such as you can’t use gift cards, totals are before tax, etc. etc.

But hey, if I’m spending money there regardless, might as well be getting a free gift card in return.
